Extremely low speed performance research of the speed sensorless vector controlled induction motor drive system

چکیده
This paper proposes a new full-order adaptive observer algorithm to overcome the instability of speed sensorless vector control system induction motor at low speed, especially extremely speed. The consists improved feedback matrix and law algorithm. By establishing an state error equation considering non-linear voltage inverter stator resistance drop, was designed reduce effect inverter's drop on estimation. Meanwhile, this improves traditional law. basic idea is add compensation amount equivalent error, running load improve estimation accuracy Extensive experimental tests have been carried out evaluate performance proposed using 2.2 kW platform. results show that presented in can guarantee stable operation under rated-load 180% low, 0 with good dynamic static characteristics.
